23 June 2026: We wish to announce that the Abbot of Daihonzan Eiheiji, Rev. Minamisawa Donin, retired from his position as of April 29, 2026.
Vice Abbot Rev. Hani Sodō assumed the position of Abbot of Daihonzan Eiheiji effective the same day.
